What is the turn around time?

The current turn around time is 5-7 business days for production after the  payment for the order is complete. From there, it usually takes about 5-7 business days for shipping as well.

How many plaques will we receive?

Accepted Answer

You will receive one plaque. If a replacement is needed due to weather, we offer 1 replacement for FREE.

Question 3

Can a select the color of my plaque?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We will certainly try to fulfill that request. List at least 2 colors in the comment section in case the color you'd prefer isn't available.

Can a pick a certain size?

Accepted Answer

Yes! A variety of size options are available. If you are unsure of the size you would like, we can determine that during our call.

Question 5

Can I add a design to the QR code?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Certain designs are permitted. The design has to be greater than 2in. Further details available during our discussion.

Can I add a password to our page?

Accepted Answer

Yes! If you would like to have the page of your loved one password protected, we can do that for you. Please list that request in the comment section, along with what you'd like the password to be, and we'll get that taken care of prior to the publishing of your page.

Will I be notified when someone scans the tag?

No, there isn't a way for us to track who scans the QR code at this time.

How many people can see it?

Accepted Answer

There is no maximum view limit for your page. As long as the QR code is accessible, the site will be available.

Question 9

Can I add photos after the QR code is made?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can add photos or other items to your site. A small fee may apply for this service.

Question 10

How many videos can I submit and how long can they be?

Accepted Answer

You can submit up to 2 videos. We ask that you keep the length around 2 minutes or less if possible.

How long do they last?

Accepted Answer

This case varies by location. Our plaques are made to withstand normal wear and tear from  all outside conditions. However, in the event that your plaque no longer stays in place, please contact us to discuss a replacement.
